              Event Description:
              Deb will use our locally sourced produce, cheese, chicken and beef. You will learn knife skills, garnishes, where to find ingredients and talk about some kitchen shortcuts. Deb will be preparing 2 summer salads at each demo. Guests will go home with recipes for the 2 salads and enjoy them for lunch too. Included with this is your first glass of wine (or non alcoholic beverage) and a 10% off dinner at Crosswinds coupon. $49 + tax and service charge
