Christ Episcopal Church, located at 66 S. Eagle St. in Geneva, invites the public to join them for their 13th annual Christmas ticket auction on Saturday, November 18, 2017. The preview begins at 5:30 p.m. and the auction will begin at 7:00 p.m. There will be more than 100 items up for bid, including a $50 Giant Eagle gift card, a toy drone, gift certificates from Mary's Dinner in Geneva, Scribbler's Coffee Company, Robinson’s Apple Barn, CVS Pharmacy, antiques from local dealers, and lots of gift baskets. We'll even have a good selection of "guy" and “teen”baskets. Admission to the event is free. However, those attending are asked to bring a non-perishable food item for the Geneva Food Pantry. (Last year, the church was able to donate 95 pounds of food to the Pantry because of the auction.) A light supper will be served during the preview. Tickets (used to bid on items) are $1 and $3. Christ Church, a part of the Episcopal Diocese of Ohio, is located just south of Geneva's downtown business district. Limited parking is available behind the church (accessible from Bennett Ct.) and on the street.
